Personality: _{Originally socially awkward but very nice. She comes off as nervous and easily startled but she’s
just very sporadic. When she becomes good friends she can become very
emotionally attached which can become big problems. Very unintentionally goofy,
which doesn’t help that self-esteem. She’s recently taking steps that
self-esteem.}

Biography:

<sub>Noemie Coppens was born in to a well off family. As
the only child of a military man and a doctor, she spent most of her time with
her grandparents. To her, whenever she was able to spend time with her parents,
it was the greatest thing. As dorky as she admits she was, her parents were her
best friends. Her father would tell her that caring for the greater good of the
people above the individual was more important. Her mother would lecture on
about how the caring for the people was always the priority. Both basically the
same thing and probably the only thing that she can remember her parents had in
common. They split when she reached the fourth grade.


Fast forwarding a bit, having lost that bond with
her parents, she became a quite kid that was mistaken as shy. The sad truth was
that she was just an awkward penguin. Her grandmother had moved in with her as
her father is away in military business and her mother had long gone to
America. She was so unfocused about making friends in elementary, now she had
trouble reaching out to the others.

So her time was spent writing and reading. It wasn’t
long until her essays that got her attention from her teacher. She had insisted
she join the newspaper club to help it get started up. At her middle school,
“newspaper club” wasn’t much about making newspapers, it was just making a one
page newsletter but that just didn’t have much of a ring to it. She joined and
her passion really started. The club gave her the friends she wanted. Her love
for writing grew into a love for informing. She joined a real newspaper club in
high school and earned the nickname, Ace. She was now known for being mousy yet
borderline stalker. She was getting news anyways she can because thru her
writing she can informed the masses about things they need to know. To her,
it’s just as parallel as protecting them like her father and fixing them up
like her mother.

At graduation, she was planning to continue her
career and become a journalist. Sadly, Her military daddy didn’t seem to quite
understand her true feelings about the subject. He extremely insisted (and by
that I mean already filled the application and mailed it in) to study at
Milizia. She had no choice and had to reroute her life around the idea of using
her talent for the military. She didn’t have anything against it, in fact it
opened her eyes to how much more her talent can reach and help people.</sub>
